We get this question a lot, and we understand the appeal. Buying a cheap radiator or car part online can seem like a quick and cost-effective fix. But here’s why Northwest Radiators doesn’t install customer-supplied parts, and why it matters for your vehicle, your safety, and your wallet.
🚫 No Warranty on Customer-Supplied Parts
When you supply your own part, we can’t guarantee the quality, fit, or performance. That means:
No warranty on the part itself
No warranty on the labour if the part fails
No guarantee that it’s the right part for your vehicle
Even small differences in design or material can lead to poor performance or worse, cause further engine damage.
